Ok – this one is out in the middle of nowhere – unless you live right around this place! It is north of Baileys Harbor on Hwy 57, and just when you think you have missed it, or you’re heading in the wrong direction – there it is! It’s an old bar – kinda like a Rod Serling thing – remember him (Twilight Zone)? Not that the place is spooky (it’s not) but you couldn’t tell if it was 1950 or 2000 when you step through the doors!

Lots of local folks go to this bar, but I’ll bet not a lot of out-of-towners can even find it! There’s just a looped bar in this small place, but in a room off to the right there are electronic games – ahh – so it can’t be 1950! In the main bar area, there is the famous bean bag tossing game – yes, anyone who knows AC Tap knows they have this bean bag tossing thing. A wooden box-like thing with holes cut out of it in various sizes, and a bunch of beanbags. Stand back behind the worn out line and toss some! Keep score! Have fun.

If you happen to be passing this place in a 1950 Ford or Chevy, stop on in! Really, it’s an experience! People are friendly, nice place to stop in for one, but you’ll find most anyone in there knows someone else in there – so you might not get in a lot of conversation. Stop in with someone you know and join the small crowd.
