This is a great old bar in Baileys Harbor. A Paul Bunyan theme was the original idea. The Ox has character, lots of woodsy stuff in here – wood walls, wood bar…..wood! This is one of the only bars around that has a puck bowling machine, and one with very sticky keys!

The bar also has a ring game, where you try to hook a ring on a long wire hanging from the ceiling around the nose of a bull (a picture of one on the wall whose nose is a hook) – it’s hard to do!

Lots of local folks come here, and you’d find the place a nice stop along the way for food or drink. There are tables where you can sit (there was a bachelorette party going on there the last time we were there), and then stools all along the bar. The bowling machine is around back to the left as you enter. Have a good time!
