Early in 2001, we initially met with Scott Bader, the owner of Coldwell Banker Door County Horizons, and he was very proud to say that his firm was the Number One realtor in sales volume in Door County in 2000! Wow — there can be only one Number One in sales volume, so they are doing a lot of things right.  Since that time, the firm has remained a leader in sales and marketing in Door County.

This reviewer has personal experience with Scott’s firm, as my family purchased a piece of property in 1996 from Brian Reinhardt, one of the key members of Scott’s team. The experience was indeed a pleasant one, as constant communications and attention to detail was standard fare. We have kept in touch with them from time to time looking at other properties too.

The two offices, Fish Creek and Sturgeon Bay, give them a broad geographical coverage base. Scott has owned the business in Fish Creek since 1995, and purchased what was Door Peninsula Realty in Sturgeon Bay in 1999.With an experienced staff of 8 in Fish Creek and another 8 in Sturgeon Bay, Coldwell Banker Door County Horizons is a major player in the realty market in the Door, serving all of Door County.
