If you have not been to Door County in the winter, you have missed some of the splendor of this very special place - so plan a trip right now!

Our Winter Guide here will help you!  We have listed all the open in winter businesses in the county for your planning pleasure!  There are three main categories of "being open:"

  1. Open in Winter - generally means they are open all winter long.  Note - there may be very few exceptions, but for the most part - they are open all winter!
  2. Open in Limited Hours in Winter  means that their hours may vary, then may be open limited days, like Thursday - Sunday, etc.  Where they provided the hours, we have posted them in the listings.
  3. Open Winter Weekends - generally means they are only open weekends, but sometimes the weekend includes Fri-Sat-Sun only, or sometimes Thursday-Sunday, etc.  Again, where they provided hours, we have too!

Always check with the business to be sure, but this Winter Guide will be a huge help for you!

If you are going through the listing sections, look for the snowflake2 2and that will tell you they have winter hours, and are waiting for you!

Menu on left opens up items in the categories that are listed as open in winter.

Have fun in Door County's Winter Wonderland!
