Everyone enjoys the “quiet season” – even the locals. Having worked very hard throughout the peak season, they look forward to the winter season to renew their friendships with each other, relax, enjoy one another’s company, plan for the next season and talk to folks who are visiting! So you will find the locals very relaxed, very calm, and very open to conversation. This is very pleasant for both visitor and local – so really take the time to enjoy this!
