Each spring, special flavors such as Coconut Crush and Caramel Latte are introduced. Around the holidays, seasonal blends like Pumpkin Spice and Candy Cane also return, adding variety throughout the year.

Door County roasters have responded to the popularity of single-serve brewing systems by offering a selection of blends compatible with these machines. This includes flavors like Almond Toffee, Chocolate Caramel Truffle, and Vanilla Crème Brulee. Both regular and decaf options are available.

Artisan Roasting in Door County

Established in 1993, Door County Coffee & Tea began as a family-owned artisan roasting company. Located centrally on the peninsula, the facility roasts more than 100 types of coffee. The roasting process remains hands-on, with each batch prepared, packaged, and shipped directly from Door County.

Roasting operations can sometimes be observed by visitors through designated viewing windows at the facility. These practices highlight the care taken in each step of production.
